In the pursuit of understanding of impact of verbal Interaction on a problems management within an organization, a case study of the civil assistance commission Lokoja, Kogi point out. This research work was performed to understand and clarify the extend of impact of verbal Connection in term of executing organizational actions, talent get ad creativity, that is the capability of the corporation to complete favourably could very well depend how impact of verbal interaction are forecasted and managed. Communication functions importance tasks in co-existence of the human race especially at work. However , since man is definitely developing Interaction is growing along with him and taken a new dimension, turning out to be necessary inside the dispensation of duties.
